Why is that? Because they don't have support or accountability. Doctors, dietitians and other practitioners either don't have the time or the skills to help people stay motivated and follow through to get a lasting result. So people default to their set habits, even when they know those habits make them feel lousy. Without the right support and accountability, this dysfunctional cycle will continue and in many cases, get worse.

Stacey was such a wonderful life and health coach. She helped me through the 90 day challenge with constant words of encouragement and support. She's not just your coach, she's more like a friend. She helped me feel more motivated since I felt she genuinely cared. All her tips and advice helped me as well. The exercises we did helped me be conscious with breathing and chewing helped me be conscious, and also relaxed about how I was eating my food. I can't thank you enough for helping me through the 14 day reset cleanse. When I told you I was looking to improve my energy levels throughout the day to be more productive, you knew I needed to find out how my body reacted to certain foods to determine not just what foods to potentially add to my diet, but also what foods to avoid, or more importantly, when to avoid them. I must say I was terrified of going that long without my comfort foods! I never did a cleanse before, and to me it seemed like a torturous exercise in deprivation. But you walked me through every step, from selecting the proper foods on my grocery list, to focusing on foods I liked that I could eat and how to prepare them so I would enjoy what I was eating. Such an important step you helped me with that made me feel more positive about the whole process before it even started.
Each step of the way you were there for me with your positivity, support, and useful questions and information. What I learned was shocking to me. I learned much more than just what foods effected my energy levels. I learned what foods agreed with my digestive system, what foods gave me headaches, and what rather minor adjustments I could make that simply made me feel better everyday!! What I learned I can utilize for the rest of my life.
