In this new you experience you will participate in a 14 day reset cleanse; receive support, coaching and accountability for 28 days. Pre-training week: Clear the Clutter - Get organized, let go of the clutter in your life and make space for you. Get crystal clear on what it is you want to achieve during the month and year. What that looks like for you. Week 1: Goal setting, Intros & Connection; cleanse prep - slowly wean from the toxic and irritable foods we will eliminate during the cleanse. Week 2: Cleanse starts- phase 1(pre-cleanse prep) easing into the full cleanse - mentally, emotionally & physically and phase 2(cleanse) simple elimination diet. Week 3: continue with phase 2 of the cleanse into phase 3 identifying food sensitivities Week 4: continue the Reintroduction phase if needed.
